Kana Enomoto, Director of Brain Health for the McKinsey Health Institute, is a nationally recognized expert in mental health, substance use, social determinants, and trauma. Kana advises the full gamut of public and private sector healthcare stakeholders on reducing the burden of mental illnesses and substance use disorders in the US and beyond. Prior to joining McKinsey, Kana was a member of the federal Senior Executive Service, where she advised the White House and the Surgeon General while leading SAMHSA, the $10B federal agency responsible for US mental health and substance use policy, data, and programs.
