Position Statement on Ethics and Law in eMental Health

In this presentation, Piers Gooding (Research Fellow, Melbourne Social Equity Institute & Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne, Australia), Richman Wee (Member of the Future Law Technology and Society Research Group at the University of Waikato, New Zealand), and Nick Titov (Executive Director, Mindspot Clinic, Australia) outline and discuss their drafted position statement on the ethics and law of eMental health. In its early stages, this position statement aims to pave the way for future discussion of the ethics and laws governing the eMental Health space.
