Thailand adapts WHO’s Step-by-Step programme as part of national digital mental health platform

Thailand has launched “Tor-Tuem-Jai,” a new digital mental health platform, as part of its National Mind Month initiative. This platform, developed in collaboration with the WHO, adapts the WHO’s Step-by-Step program to provide self-care resources and strengthen emotional resilience.

The program aims to address a growing mental health crisis in Thailand, offering tools for stress management and supporting individuals with depressive symptoms, with a focus on reaching older adults and involving younger family members.
