In this presentation, three international experts describe their approaches to implementing digital mental health solutions for the workplace.

 

Maureen Abbott (Manager, Access to Quality Mental Health Services team at the Mental Health Commission of Canada) presents, in collaboration with the Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), a series of modules for employers based on the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s Toolkit for eMental Health Implementation.

 

Anna Elders (Clinical Lead of Just a Thought; Cognitive Behavioural Therapist & Nurse Practitioner, New Zealand) discusses her work regarding Just a Thought, which is a group that encourages the expansion of workplace uptake for evidence-based digital psychological treatments.

 

COL Clare Bennett (Director of Integrated Wellness, Defence Health Directorate, New Zealand) presents on the success and challenges faced during the implementation of digital mental health solutions in the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF), providing insight into how military personnel, civil and workforce reserve, as well as family members can be supported with digital mental health technologies.
