Australian Digital Mental Health: A Directory for Health Practitioners

The eMHPrac Australian Digital Mental Health Directory for Health Practitioners is a comprehensive index of Australian evidence-based digital mental health services and resources. It provides a clear overview of what digital mental health is, the supporting research evidence, and a wide range of Australian online programs, apps, helplines, and websites. All listed services and resources are developed by credible organisations such as the Australian Government, universities, and national NGOs. They are free or low cost to access and are grounded in established therapeutic approaches or have undergone sufficient evaluation.

The Directory is reviewed and updated twice a year. While every effort is made to keep information current, occasional outdated inclusions or omissions may occur. If you notice any programs or links that are no longer in service, please contact us via the Contact Us form.

For ease of reference, the Guide is organised into the following sections:

  • Crisis Services
  • Services and Resources by Topic (for example, anxiety, depression, trauma)
  • Services and Resources by Audience (for example, child and youth, older adults, LGBTQIA+)
  • Resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples
