Henry Jones

CEO, Togetherall

Henry’s referees spoke of how he has combined substantial technology experience with a deep, embedded sense of purpose. Henry founded and leads an innovative award-winning platform to help people understand and manage their mental health, and access safe, anonymous online support 24/7.

While known as a highly capable innovator, his referees also credit him with exemplary leadership skills. He has established a healthy, thriving organizational culture with a golden thread of delivery and responsiveness. The referees described his focus on building a responsive organization that addresses the needs of commissioning agencies across the UK, while remaining true to his purpose: to serve people who seek a safe space to talk about mental health. Whether it be tailoring modules in direct response to end-user feedback or using rich data to better target those most in need, Henry and his team keep people at centre of everything they do.

Our referees expressed how Henry’s organization – Togetherall offers a model of care that is very well-received and highly trusted by the primary care community. GP referrals to this eMental Health service are high and the referees expressed high engagement with the service amongst their communities.

Henry’s personal and organizational mission is to offer as many people as possible instant access to safe support. Being mission-driven ensures that he focusses on end-users and their mental health outcomes, rather than the myriad of distractions when one is growing a business within the complexities of the UK health system. With an acutely clear mission, he leads with absolute focus. Strong leadership, technical expertise and a relentless desire to scale his service for far-reaching impact on individuals in need are widely-recognised attributes of this worthy award recipient.

Together with his referees, we wish to congratulate Henry – the 2021 recipient of the Innovation Leadership Award for the United Kingdom.
