We directly address the 17-year gap from mental health research to clinical implementation. Working directly with experts in the field, we translate evidence-based mental health interventions into clinically applicable skills training for mental health professionals.
Our team is specialized in developing highly effective training in mental health and is open to new collaborations.
Our online learning platform has been successfully utilized by more than 60 mental health professionals across research and clinical practice over the past four years, supported three research projects to increase access to mental health across Canada, over five different sites (Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, British Columbia, Kingston, and Montreal) and have been used by clinicians in Canada, the USA, and Australia.
Our technological structure ensures customization, optimal user experience, data security, accessibility, and gamification.
Content and technical components were built by experts and piloted across development stages to ensure high-quality delivery.
The feasibility, acceptability, and efficacy of E-Cog training are being assessed within the multi-site iCogCA implementation trial.
Content follows the ADDIE model (Gavarkovs et al., 2019), an optimal, systematic framework for designing effective online training.
We offer live supervision with experienced therapists to support program implementation following online training.
