The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of being able to provide mental health support without face-to-face contact. This article explores a Canada-based texting service that aims to connect individuals in Saskatchewan to support services.

Although virtual reality has emerged as a viable digital mental health tool, little is known about the viewpoints of staff working in the mental healthcare space regarding the use of virtual reality for mental health care. This study used thematic analysis to summarise the varying sentiment toward the implementation of virtual reality in practice.
