Lucita Lazo is the President of the World Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation Philippines. She was the first woman Director General, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
She has worked with the UN System throughout the years for various gender equality and social development projects as Chief Technical Adviser, Regional Program Director, and Consultant.
She also has experience as an International Consultant for Gender and Development for projects by ASEAN, ADB, Government of Australia, and others.
