The Current Gap

This field guide addresses a key challenge in global mental health: scaling proven task sharing models while maintaining quality, consistency, and appropriate supervision. Although AI has significant potential to strengthen training, supervision, quality assurance, and service delivery, many organizations lack practical guidance on how to apply it responsibly.

The guide fills this gap by providing a structured framework and concrete use cases that help organizations integrate AI into task sharing programs and expand access to high-quality mental health care.

Our Solution
