The 2025 recipient of the Leadership Excellence Award for India is Dr Sandeep Vohra.

From India comes a story where clinical care and digital innovation come together to ensure support is timely, affordable, and stigma-aware. For over three decades, Dr Sandeep Vohra has bridged hospital practice, research, and public education, bringing trusted mental health support to communities across India and beyond.

In 2011, he launched No Worry No Tension Healthcare, a deep-tech platform anchored by the Stressometer, an AI-enabled screening tool backed by 12 patents. Today, this innovation powers hybrid telepsychiatry services across 28 Indian states, 8 union territories, and 37 countries worldwide.

Dr Vohra’s impact extends beyond platforms. Through his neuropsychiatry centre, more than 25,000 people have received personalised support, while collaborations with institutions such as Apollo Hospitals and UC San Diego enable cross-border screening and care.

As an advisor to national and international bodies, he has also helped shape policy and standards that keep innovation safe, evidence-based, and patient-centred.
