In their blog, Dr Aislinn Bergin and Dr Joanna Lockwood from MindTech (UK) discuss how they have been working with mental health and addiction service Samaritans to involve young people in developing and producing guidelines for safe online conversations around suicide and self-harm. Face-to-face workshops for groups of young people at various safe community spaces were due to commence in March 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
