Mental Health —an area in which New Zealand is not the strongest performer— is under increasing pressure as the impacts of the COVID-19 response affects the lives of those already coping with mental health challenges, as well as those that have not struggled before. In the coming months and years, this will demand attention and action. As with all aspects of our lives in a post COVID-19 world, part of this action can be enabled by digital tools and solutions.
