Arran is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and has worked across public specialist services, Ministry of Health, NGO, Kaupapa Māori and Primary Care settings. He is Executive Clinical Director at Hauora Waikato Kaupapa Māori mental health services.

Arran has a range of wider sector leadership and governance experience and has strong interests in life-course developmental and population level approaches to mental health and wellbeing, particularly in the area of digital wellbeing and eMental Health initiatives.

Victoria is CEO of Mental Health Innovations, the charity behind SHOUT, the UK’s first 24/7 crisis text service. From 2011 to 2017, she was Director of Programmes at The Royal Foundation, building a portfolio of projects including the Invictus Games, Coach Core, United for Wildlife and Heads Together.
