Graziella is the Optimisation Hub’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a warm force of passion and dedication to sport and youth mental health. She holds a firm belief that we all need to support or most vulnerable to prevent mental illness and ensure positive health development as a core part of economic development.

Her commitment to economic and community development is guided by 30 years of committed experience in human performance, risk, psychology, and leadership. She spends a large percentage of their time leading and advising and has become a globally trusted sounding board and voice for many to relied upon.

She brings 32 years of dedicated leadership experience as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and is well-seasoned in the sports, corporate, government and education sectors, having worked with 26 multinationals. Holding a Master’s in Psychology with specialist qualifications in forensics, business, and sports psychology, her current work at the Optimisation Hub is dedicated to small nations development and leading a world first mental health sports curriculum. She is also a trustee of 100 World Rugby Legends, Global Ambassador of the IKAR Institute in Vienna, and a mentor for sport IN Global and SIGA championing diversity and inclusion.

She was voted most inspirational female leader of the year for International Women’s Day 2020, for her extensive work in health economics, governance, leadership, charity and giving back (which is in her DNA) delivered with her trademark drive and passion to contribute to every sector of humanity with a focus on ethics and responsibility. Her aim: a better world around us through building sustainable mental health programs and involving mental health in all “health economics”
