Developing a free digital wellbeing course to support New Zealanders during COVID-19 has been one of the highlights for the team at Just a Thought since launching their tool in 2019. 

 
The nation’s move into Level 4 as a response to COVID-19 created an immediate need for a digital resource that could support New Zealanders with the vast array of challenges they were facing. Just a Thought swiftly developed Staying on Track, a short course based on cognitive behavioural principles to build emotional resiliency and supportive behavioural responses during the pandemic.
