As dangerous as COVID-19 and the pandemic have been to our physical health, they’ve also threatened our mental health as well.
 

Shutdowns and social distancing measures mean many people haven’t been able to access their usual mental health and addiction recovery tools, or they’ve been unable to access them in the usual ways. Or, distancing measures and shutdowns may have created isolation as well as loneliness, stress, depression, anxiety, addiction, or other conditions that have prompted people to require mental health care or addiction treatment for the first time.

 
That’s not to say that there hasn’t been assistance...
